Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Clock Chef, we aim to deliver valuable and high-quality online seminars and digital learning experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all online seminars, digital workshops, masterclasses, and virtual training sessions offered through our website. By registering for any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Full Refund

A 100% refund will be issued if:

  • You cancel your registration at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled seminar time.

  • The seminar is canceled or rescheduled by Clock Chef and you choose not to attend the new date.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

2.2 Partial Refund

A 50% refund may be issued if:

  • You cancel between 48–72 hours before the scheduled seminar.

  • You experience verified technical issues (e.g., platform access or streaming failure) that prevent participation, and the issue is confirmed by our support team.

 

2.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the seminar.

  • You miss the seminar due to personal reasons without prior notice.

  • You fail to join due to your own technical issues (unstable internet, device errors, incompatible equipment).

  • You already accessed downloadable materials, exclusive content, or seminar recordings included with your registration.

 

3. Rescheduling & Substitutions

3.1 Rescheduling by Participant

You may request to reschedule your participation to another available seminar date:

  • Free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the session.

  • A small rebooking fee may apply for requests within 24–48 hours before the session.

 

3.2 Transfer to Another Person

Your booking may be transferred to another participant at no extra cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the seminar.

4. Seminar Cancellation by Clock Chef

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a seminar due to:

  • Low enrolment

  • Technical platform issues

  • Instructor unavailability

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If this occurs, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • Free registration for the next available session

 

5. Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved:

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Digital Product & Recording Policy

  • Recordings, slides, templates, or digital handouts included with your seminar registration are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Access to recordings (if included) will be provided within the timeframe stated on the seminar page.

 

7. No-Show Policy

 

Participants who do not attend the seminar without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

8. Compliance With UAE Laws

This policy is designed in alignment with:

  • UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020),

  • UAE regulations governing digital services, online transactions, and fair consumer treatment.

We remain committed to transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction in all service interactions.
